ATOM, SOL Remain Close to Multi-Week Highs, as Markets Consolidate Recent Gains

Following an unsuccessful attempt to break over the $13.50 ceiling, bulls have generally appeared to be moving to take profits.

Looking at the chart, the decrease coincides with the 14-day RSI’s failure to advance through its own resistance area at 57.00.

The index is tracking around 51.52 as of this writing, with a floor at 50.00 a potential destination for traders.

Solana (SOL)

Apart from ATOM, solana (SOL) also held steady close to a recent high despite a change in market sentiment throughout today’s session.

Earlier in the day’s session, after reaching a high of $22.11 earlier in the session, SOL/USD dropped to a low of $20.31.

Solana reached a high yesterday that was its highest since March 2, when the token was trading above $23.00.

According to the chart, the SOL bulls started to leave their previous positions after colliding with an RSI ceiling.

A point of resistance for price movement was reached at the 50.00 level, which has been there since late-February.

The index is currently tracking at 48.91, with the next observable floor at the 45.00 level, as of this writing.
